VIP Online Casino Manager
Job Overview:
The VIP Online Casino Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing the experience of our high-value clients. This role involves providing exceptional service, building strong relationships, and ensuring VIP clients are engaged and satisfied. The VIP Online Casino Manager will work closely with various departments to deliver tailored offers, events, and promotions to our most valued players. Additionally, the role involves strategic planning to drive the growth and success of the VIP segment.
Key Responsibilities:
VIP Program Development:
- Design, implement, and manage the VIP program, including exclusive promotions, events, and rewards tailored to VIP clients.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the VIP program, making adjustments as necessary to meet the evolving needs and preferences of VIP clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotions aimed at retaining and growing the VIP client base.
- Act as escalation point of contact for VIP clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with the VIP Support team to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with VIP clients through personalized communication and attentive service.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze VIP client data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement in the VIP program.
- Prepare and present regular reports on VIP client activities, program performance, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize the VIP program.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the VIP segment to drive growth, engagement, and profitability.
- Identify new opportunities for expanding the VIP client base and enhancing the overall VIP experience.
- Collaborate with senior management to align the VIP strategy with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and ensure the VIP program remains competitive and attractive.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all VIP activities and communications comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with VIP client activities, including responsible gambling practices.
Event Management (Potential Future Responsibility):
- Plan and execute exclusive events: If needed, enhance the VIP experience and build client loyalty through both online and offline events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors: If required, ensure the successful execution of VIP events by collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze feedback: When necessary, collect and evaluate feedback from VIP clients after events to improve future experiences.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in VIP client management, preferably within the online gaming or casino industry.
Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful client retention strategies.

Casino Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Assists in the day-to-day operations of the casino.
- Responsible for bonus and promotional configurations as well as operational delivery of the bonuses to qualified players with accompanied communication.
- Manages campaigns set up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization.
- Monitors overall gaming activity and issues reports with conclusions and suggestions for improvements.
- Reviews winners and losers and proposes retention actions where needed.
- Conducts competitive analysis on a regular basis.
- Works closely with customer support to resolve player issues and to suggest operational improvements and trainings.
- Manages escalations with casino providers where needed under the supervision of the Casino Manager.
- Tests new casino releases and procedures. Ensure accuracy of gaming software releases and bonus functionality.
- Investigates game play habits and patterns to detect/prevent bonus abuse
- Works towards achievement of Casino KPIs.
