Human Capital Business Partner

Responsibilities:

  • He/she will be responsible for the implementation of the overall People & Culture strategy for assigned teams and will work in close collaboration with Head of People & Culture and General Manager of the organization;
  • Acts as a trusted partner, who understands the business’ strategic needs and identifies opportunities to improve organization capability, employee engagement and well-being through deployment and implementation of Group People & Culture policies, programs and procedures;
  • Coaches colleagues, in various levels of the organization, during the implementation of the People & Culture strategy and activities;
  • Drives the end to end Recruitment process, Onboarding and Performance Management processes and provides appropriate feedback and challenge to ensure alignment with process guidelines;
  • Issues job offers to candidates and employment contracts to new starters as required;
  • Conducts employee induction training;
  • Manages all HR files to ensure they are kept up to date;
  • Issues relevant documentation associated with salary increases and promotions and any other employment related documentation;
  • Demonstrates company’s culture and values and contribute to the cultural transformation through new ways of working.

Requirements and competencies:

  • Relevant university degree: HR management, Psychology;
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in the human resource field – acting as HR generalist/HRBP roles;
  • Knowledge and understanding about the following HR areas: talent management, engagement, coaching and performance management, etc.;
  • Ability to understand and advise on HR processes, functional areas, policies, HR practices, and procedures;
  • Ability and experience in translating business requirements into workable/ actionable solutions in HR area;
  • Abilities to work with budgets, figures, numbers;
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
  • PC: Excel, Word, PowerPoint – advanced level;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to influence at all levels;
  • Self-driven and result-driven;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Team Attitude.
